Prelaunch draft — not reviewed by counsel
Community Standards
Last updated October 2026. This draft describes the current preview and may change before launch.
Be honest
Describe yourself and your food truthfully. Don't claim permits, certificates or verification you don't have.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
Keep it on Nearfolk
Profiles and biographies can't include exact addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social-media handles, links or outside payment instructions.
Profile photos
Use a photo of yourself or an approved personal-brand image. No ID documents, permits, other people without permission, or inappropriate content.
Reporting
Signed-in members can report inappropriate, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe or fraudulent profile content. Moderators may approve, request changes, hide content or suspend accounts, and record the reason. Reports are reviewed as capacity allows during the preview — for emergencies contact local emergency services or your public-health authority.
Versioned documents you accept in your account are listed on the legal documents page, with downloadable copies.
